1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 large bananas
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. whole meal flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
bake about 20 min until golden brown at 180 C/350 F
this makes 12 regular size muffins
I like it because it has whole grain flour, oil instead of butter and cinnamon which has antioxidants, they are also really yummy!
